The Production Supervisor role at Grimmway Produce Group's Tasteful facility presents an exciting internal career advancement opportunity. This position is designed for experienced team members who are eager to take on leadership responsibilities within the Production Department. The Production Supervisor will oversee a team of production workers, ensuring that all company policies related to human resources, safety, food safety, quality, and sanitation are strictly followed. Working closely with the Production Manager and other members of the management team, the supervisor will play an integral part in driving operational improvements and achieving departmental goals. This night shift position demands a proactive and motivated professional capable of leading by example, training and coaching team members, and maintaining a productive and safe work environment. The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to effectively interact with all organizational levels. Candidates must have supervisory or management experience, a general understanding of production operations and techniques, and be eligible to work unrestricted in the U.S. without sponsorship. The salary for this position ranges from $68,640 to $75,000 annually, with compensation determined by factors such as experience, education, skills, and alignment to market standards.
