The Membership Concierge I is a crucial role within the Life Time team, serving as the first point of contact for all members and guests. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that every person who visits the facility feels welcomed and valued from the moment they enter. As a Membership Concierge I, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality customer service, fostering strong relationships with members, and assisting them in achieving their healthy way of life goals. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about health and wellness who possess excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help others. The position requires standing for extended periods and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Membership Concierge I operates both in-person and over the phone, handling member inquiries, facilitating account changes, and providing detailed information about club programs, events, pricing, and policies. Life Time offers this position as an hourly role, with wages starting at $16.50 and going up to $19.50 based on experience and qualifications. The company supports continuous learning by providing Concierge Certification upon hire and ongoing training opportunities.
