The role of a Host or Hostess at P.F. Chang's is a vital position responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient dining environment. As a host, you'll be the first and last point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. This position requires someone who is friendly, organized, and able to handle the flow of guests efficiently, even during busy periods. Hosts are expected to greet guests warmly, manage reservations, quote wait times accurately, and answer any guest inquiries with professionalism.
