The specialist will manage tire inventories, provide on-track tire support during events, ensure the readiness and maintenance of necessary equipment, and conduct comprehensive training sessions for staff and team members. This role requires hands-on involvement in setting up and managing paddocks and display booths, overseeing shipping logistics, and supporting various motorsport disciplines such as drift and off-road racing. Additionally, the specialist acts as a company representative at trade shows and automotive events, playing a critical role in maintaining SRNA’s presence and reputation within the motorsports community. This position demands someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of juggling multiple projects while maintaining close attention to detail. The Motorsports and Events Specialist is expected to travel frequently—up to 50 percent of the time—attending track events, car shows, trade exhibitions, and marketing activities across diverse venues ranging from controlled indoor environments to outdoor motorsport facilities. Physical endurance is also critical since the job involves standing, walking, lifting heavy items up to 100 pounds, and performing various movements required to support event setups and operations effectively. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in auto racing and on-track support, combining practical hands-on experience with marketing or business acumen. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is essential to support the administrative and reporting aspects of the role.   • A minimum of 4 years of experience in auto racing and on-track support
