Currently, Highgate Hotels is seeking a talented and career-driven Server for an AM position at The Joule. This role demands an individual who excels in customer service and presents themselves with a professional and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced, demanding environment. The position focuses predominantly on breakfast and lunch services, beginning at shift times of 6:30 AM or 9:00 AM. Successful candidates will demonstrate a solid foundation of food and beverage knowledge, as well as a willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality field. The Server is responsible for delivering a warm and personalized welcome to guests, expertly guiding them through menu selections, and ensuring timely and flawless service. Collaboration with team members to meet and exceed guest expectations is crucial, as is maintaining communication to secure guest satisfaction and gather valuable feedback. Beyond direct guest interaction, the role includes preparing and maintaining a clean dining environment and adhering to departmental standards for service areas.
