We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Desk professional to be the welcoming face of Woodmere Cosmetic and Family Dentistry. This role is critical in creating the ultimate patient experience from the moment patients step into the office. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting patients by name with warmth and professionalism, managing phone communications, and efficiently scheduling appointments for the dentists and hygienists. The position requires a friendly disposition, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Front Desk role is designed for an individual who enjoys working with people and thrives in a team-oriented setting where delivering excellent service is prioritized. The Front Desk team member will complete daily insurance verifications, assist patients with billing inquiries, and submit insurance claims accurately with all required documentation. Additionally, they will actively follow up with patients regarding unscheduled recare and treatment appointments, ensuring continuity of care and patient retention.
