The role available is for a Host, an essential Team Member of the Food and Beverage Team who acts as a CRCR Ambassador. As a Host, the individual will take personal ownership to ensure all actions support the business's best interests. The primary responsibilities include welcoming and seating guests efficiently while maintaining a smooth flow of restaurant operations. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, as it involves being the first point of contact for guests, answering phone calls, managing waitlists, and placing to-go orders. Hosts also contribute to guest satisfaction by providing clear communication, a warm greeting, and a courteous dining experience. In this position, the Host is expected to maintain a steady and organized seating rotation and keep the reception area clean and inviting. Additional duties include assisting servers when necessary, ensuring condiments and supplies are stocked, and completing opening and closing tasks as assigned. The role requires teamwork, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude to enhance the overall guest experience. The Host must also adhere to all departmental policies, including those related to alcohol service, and be prepared to handle special guest needs with care and attention.
