The role of Bartender/Mixologist at Royal Palms Resort and Spa offers a dynamic and creative opportunity for individuals passionate about the art of beverage crafting and guest service. This position is integral to the renowned reputation of the resort’s Mix Up Bar, where the successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in taking food and beverage orders, expertly preparing and serving a broad array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and contributing to an inviting and memorable guest experience. Working hours at the Mix Up Bar are scheduled from Sunday to Thursday, 1:30 PM to 10 PM, and Friday to Saturday, 1:30 PM to 11 PM, requiring candidates to have open availability, including weekends and holidays. The Bartender/Mixologist not only crafts cocktails but also maintains the bar's operational excellence by managing supplies, handling cash and credit transactions accurately, keeping thorough records, and adhering strictly to health and safety protocols.
