As an Event Supervisor, you will assist in the development of the annual event calendar, secure approvals, and manage venue selection while adhering to budget constraints and organizational guidelines. The position requires overseeing all logistical aspects of assigned events, including coordinating with vendors, contractors, and departmental staff to manage event setup, execution, and takedown effectively.
