Server Assistants play a crucial role in supporting the front-of-house operations, ensuring that guests have seamless and memorable dining experiences. The position offers comprehensive training and development opportunities aimed at quickly advancing suitable candidates to the Server role. Full-time Server Assistants earn an average of $800 or more per week, with additional income potential through tips and advancement to higher-paying Server positions. As a Server Assistant, you will engage actively with the team and guests, learning about the menu, specials, and beverages like beer, wine, and sake through peer-led trainings. Your responsibilities will include assisting servers, managing side work, resetting tables, delivering food, and handling curbside orders.   • Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees
