This particular role invites individuals to contribute as members of the front-of-the-house or back-of-the-house teams. Front-of-the-house team members including restaurant cashiers, bussers, and food runners are the faces of the establishment, responsible for engaging with guests directly, processing transactions efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in dining and restroom areas, and providing helpful guidance and suggestive selling to enhance the guest experience. Back-of-the-house team members focus on crafting the restaurant's delicious, fresh-from-scratch food, ensuring that every plate meets Urban Plates' quality and presentation standards. This position is hourly, with pay ranging from $16.50 to $17.50 per hour, plus average tips of $4.22 to $5.15 per hour.
