The Customer Service Representative at Million Air plays an indispensable role in daily operations, particularly focused on supporting the needs of both crew members and passengers. This is a dynamic, fast-paced customer-facing role that demands a blend of hospitality, operational coordination, and administrative skills. The representative acts as the primary point of contact for arriving customers, greeting them warmly and delivering concierge-style services that can include making reservations and anticipating client needs to ensure an extraordinary experience. Collaboration with ground service personnel is vital to ensure all services related to aircraft ground handling are efficiently completed and accurately invoiced. The representative is also responsible for maintaining a customer information system by recording customer preferences and feedback, which helps refine service delivery and respond promptly to any concerns.
Operating within a professional environment, this role requires interaction with various stakeholders including pilots, customers, and internal teams. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task are essential given the complexity of tasks such as invoicing services, keeping hospitality areas stocked with snacks and beverages, and maintaining an inviting front desk and lobby atmosphere. Working hours typically span from 2 pm to 10 pm, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the nature of the aviation industry's demand for round-the-clock service. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and the stamina to stand and move throughout the facility during shifts. Importantly, employees must be able to operate motor vehicles safely and possess a clean driving record compliant with company insurance requirements.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- customer service experience preferably in the service industry
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- acceptable driving record
- ability to pass a background check
- zero tolerance drug free employer including pre-employment and random screening
- must be able to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by company insurance policy
