The Membership Concierge Leader at Life Time plays a critical role in ensuring a world-class experience for all members and guests by leading the Membership Concierge Team. This leadership position is vital in upholding Life Time's premium brand image by driving an atmosphere of service excellence, member connectivity, and operational efficiency. The Membership Concierge Leader not only motivates and develops their team but also works closely with the Club General Manager to ensure seamless coordination across all in-center departments. Their role connects members and guests to the full spectrum of Life Time’s programs and services, helping members achieve their healthy way of life goals. This individual embodies a growth mindset, seeking personal and professional development with aspirations to evolve into a General Manager role. They must demonstrate excellent leadership capabilities, superior communication skills, and a steadfast dedication to enhancing the member experience. Key responsibilities include managing team schedules and zone rotations, certifying and onboarding new team members, and executing business protocols related to membership acquisition, retention, and connectivity. The Membership Concierge Leader regularly participates in Life Time’s activities, events, and programming, embodying the brand’s commitment to health both professionally and personally. This position is salaried, starting at $66,900 and can reach up to $92,000 depending on experience and qualifications, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
