The Membership Concierge III at Life Time plays a crucial leadership role within the Concierge Team, delivering the highest quality customer service to members and guests. This position is more than just a customer-facing role; it blends sales acumen with relationship-building to actively promote Life Time’s memberships to prospective clients. The role entails guiding potential members through the buying journey, tailoring experiences to meet their unique interests and wellness goals, and supporting the club acquisition and retention objectives. This individual serves as a trusted advisor and resource for members, providing in-depth knowledge about club offerings, facilities, pricing, and policies. They also assist with administrative processes and account maintenance, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience.

- Minimum of 1-year customer service experience
