The Member Experience Representative role at Pelican Credit Union is a vital front-line position responsible for greeting members upon entering the branch and assisting them with their financial needs. This position involves delivering outstanding service and support through multiple channels, including in-person interactions, telephone, text, and digital messaging. As a Member Experience Representative, you will perform a variety of financial transactions and support both the lobby and teller operations. The role demands a positive, proactive attitude, strong problem-solving capabilities, and excellent cash-handling skills. Being comfortable in a sales-driven environment is essential, as meeting monthly sales goals is a key part of the job. This position also offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:15 pm, housed at the Mid-City Branch located at 450 N Lobdell Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA. There is no travel requirement, allowing representatives to focus fully on delivering superior member service within the branch. • Minimum of 1 year of continuous job experience
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills
