The Guest Services Representative (GSR) position at Toot'n Totum is a full-time role focused on delivering exemplary guest service, ensuring every customer’s visit is pleasant, convenient, and enjoyable. The GSR is the front line of the store, responsible for greeting guests warmly, assisting with merchandise and services, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and safety of the store environment. • Must be able to obtain and maintain Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC), Tobacco certification, and Food Handlers certificate
