The Family Medicine team at Nazareth Hospital is currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their full-time workforce during day and evening shifts. This key role focuses on providing exceptional administrative and interpersonal support to physicians and patients alike. The Medical Receptionist is responsible for managing multi-line telephone communications by answering incoming calls and directing callers efficiently to appropriate personnel. This position ensures the smooth scheduling of patient appointments via phone, mail, or in-person interactions, contributing significantly to the department's efficiency.
In addition to managing communications, the Medical Receptionist handles sorting of incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining organized and accurate distribution and dispatch.
