The role available is a part-time team member position at The Fresh Market, paying between $15.60 and $17.39 per hour. This role is versatile and requires flexibility as team members will have the opportunity to work in multiple departments based on store needs and personal interests. Responsibilities include engaging guests to understand their needs and providing product recommendations that help create meal solutions. The team member will maintain in-depth product knowledge, support merchandising and stocking efforts to keep the store attractive and well-stocked throughout the day, and assist with guest needs, including helping with shopping carts and general housekeeping. Upholding the company’s professional standards, including uniform adherence, is expected. This position offers a flexible work schedule, including availability on weekends, evenings, holidays, and various shifts to meet store demands.
