The role of Senior Manager, Food & Beverage (F&B) – US + Canada is a pivotal leadership position within Marriott International’s corporate structure. This full-time management role, based at the Marriott International headquarters in Bethesda, MD, commands a salary range of $108,300 to $170,700 annually and includes eligibility for bonuses. The Senior Manager is tasked with leading the development and execution of restaurant and bar programs that align with Marriott’s brand pillars, aiming to deliver sustainable competitive advantage across the US and Canada markets. This position requires a strategic visionary capable of managing complex projects, driving the F&B platform strategy for premium brands, and creating impactful guest experiences through innovative F&B concepts.
This role involves considerable responsibility, including the design and execution of renovation projects, provision of expert consultation and operational support for restaurant and bar venues, and maintenance of strict adherence to brand standards. The Senior Manager will engage with hotel and regional leadership teams to ensure program implementation is on track and aligned with corporate goals. - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years experience in leadership roles within Restaurant and Bar Operations
