Currently, Tempur Sealy is seeking full-time Material Handlers for its Mountain Top Foam-Charlotte location, operating on the first shift. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $19.30 alongside excellent benefits, making it an attractive employment opportunity within a growing facility. The role of a Material Handler is crucial to the company’s manufacturing and assembly operations, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Material Handlers drive powered industrial lift trucks and pallet jacks to transport necessary materials to assembly lines, helping to maintain timely production schedules and high-quality standards. The job demands adherence to strict safety protocols, teamwork, and the ability to manage inventory and supplies effectively. Additionally, Material Handlers will support coordination between different departments, read and act upon daily production schedules, and contribute to a zero-incident safety goal.
