As a part of the Tommy Bahama culinary leadership, you will be an ambassador of the island lifestyle, tasked with promoting a collaborative and educational environment within the kitchen. Your responsibilities will include training kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, knife skills, and time management to ensure efficient and quality service. You'll oversee the smooth operation of the kitchen's expo station during opening and closing, while adhering strictly to company guidelines. Your deep knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation standards will ensure consistency and excellence in every dish served.

- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of high volume culinary/hospitality experience
- current food handler's card and other certifications as required by federal/state/local law
- knowledge of food/restaurant service skills including storage and rotation, food preparation, recipe adherence, plate presentation, and service and production time standards
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
