D.R. Horton is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator-BLD to join their dynamic team. This role is integral for managing the daily marketing coordination duties associated with various projects. The position involves supporting marketing and sales initiatives such as project positioning, timelines management, social media campaigns, sales center and model home design and setup, advertising, signage, and collateral design. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with third-party vendors including signage companies and digital advertising consultants to ensure cohesive project execution. Additionally, the role involves maintaining and updating website presences at multiple levels using the company's Content Management System (CMS). The Marketing Coordinator will also assist in gathering estimates for marketing projects, maintain a vendor database, organize community marketing files, and ensure brand standards are consistently met across all marketing materials. Other crucial responsibilities include proofreading, invoice reconciliation, and coordinating marketing events at sales centers. This role requires the ability to work overtime and travel overnight as needed. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, creative thinking abilities, and the capacity to function both independently and as part of a collaborative team.                 - Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
