The position focuses on driving growth by implementing Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets aligned with business goals. The salary range for this position is $61,400 to $79,800 annually, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding performance and experience. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the execution of sales excellence practices in your market, establishing and communicating store-level growth plans, and conducting regular business reviews with partners to identify growth opportunities. You will leverage sales data tools to make informed decisions aimed at expanding market share for strategic brands. A significant component of this role is collaborating closely with frontline sales teams and customers to secure new shelf space and displays, enhancing brand visibility and driving revenue growth. • High school diploma required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted
• Must have 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales
• At least 6 months of experience leading and influencing others
• Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Must have valid driver's license with a safe driving record
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card
