The Manufacturing Associate role at Kroger is essential for ensuring safe, efficient, and quality-driven operations in the facility. This position involves performing various tasks throughout the production plant while upholding safety, quality, and reliability standards. In this position, you will be responsible for operating and cleaning equipment using Clean in Place (CIP) and Clean out of Place (COP) systems, maintaining machinery, racking, plant structures, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed regarding chemical handling and tagging. The role also includes assisting machine operators with production support, like gathering supplies, packaging, and material handling, as well as operating machinery such as cardboard balers and bottle baggers safely and efficiently.
