The Managing Partner, also known as the General Manager, plays a pivotal role in the success of Bubba's 33. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing all operational facets of the restaurant, ensuring that quality food and superior service standards are consistently met. The Managing Partner functions as an entrepreneur, managing day-to-day business functions and leading the management team to achieve performance goals. Responsibilities include enforcing employment policies, managing staff schedules, directing hiring and training processes, and overseeing cost controls including food, labor, and liquor expenses. A key part of the role is maintaining compliance with liquor laws and safety regulations, managing financial aspects such as budgets and profit and loss statements, as well as ensuring the restaurant's cleanliness and security.
The Managing Partner also fosters the development of team members through training, coaching, and performance evaluations, cultivating a positive culture that reflects the core values of Bubba's 33. This includes managing incentive programs and acting as the primary liaison with vendors and support resources. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-service restaurant management and possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, enabling them to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
