The Store Manager position plays a vital role in maintaining the seamless day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction. This full-time role includes managing car wash and food service operations, overseeing inventory and financial performance, and leading a team of employees to uphold high standards of service and appearance. The Store Manager is responsible for workforce management, including recruiting, training, developing, and supervising all store staff. They act as a motivational leader who fosters teamwork, provides performance feedback, and addresses employee relations issues proactively. Scheduling and attendance management are also critical to ensure smooth store operation and compliance with company policies. • High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of management experience in convenience store, retail, fast food, or restaurant operations
• ability to provide any level of coverage including nights, weekends, and holidays
• ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• ability to bend, stoop, and move throughout the store
• successful completion of certification testing as needed
• UST Class A/B Certification for Maine applicants or ability to obtain within 30 days
