The Store Manager position at Beyond Juicery + Eatery offers an exciting opportunity for passionate, enthusiastic leaders who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the store, ensuring that every aspect—from food and drink quality to sales performance and customer engagement—is executed to the highest standards. This position can be part-time or full-time, requiring availability for a minimum of three shifts or at least 25 hours per week. Managers are entrusted with enforcing store policies, maintaining consistent brand excellence, and fostering community involvement to build strong local connections.
