The Manager in Training role at World Wide Wings is a comprehensive management position designed to prepare and develop future leaders within the restaurant. In this role, the candidate will gain extensive exposure to essential managerial functions including performance appraisal, coaching, facilitating training and development, and managing the restaurant's guest experience program. Whether overseeing the food preparation and product quality in the Heart of House or ensuring compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service in the Bar Department, the Manager in Training plays a vital role in upholding the core values and operational standards of World Wide Wings.
