The role primarily involves overseeing front-of-house (FOH) operations to guarantee that each guest's experience is pleasant and up to the standards set by the company. This includes managing daily activities, leading and motivating the team, and ensuring that all policies related to food handling, cleanliness, and customer service are adhered to. The ideal candidate will play a significant role in recruitment, staff training, and maintaining the restaurant's image through proper uniform standards and presentation. Additionally, the role requires managing labor costs effectively by creating schedules and maintaining accurate data on sales, server checkouts, and inventory. This full-time position expects a commitment of 50-55 hours per week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. - At least two years of high-volume restaurant supervision experience
