Camping World is currently seeking a Lot Porter to join their expanding team. This role is crucial in supporting the smooth operation and presentation of the dealership lot by ensuring that RV units are parked, maintained, and prepared in a timely and professional manner. The Lot Porter will be responsible for various duties including moving and positioning RVs, maintaining cleanliness, writing work orders, overseeing safety protocols on the lot, and assisting in inventory management. This position requires a hands-on individual with the ability to handle physical tasks, operate yard tractors or forklifts, and possess a valid driver’s license with proven driving skills. The company offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $14.00 to $21.40 depending on experience and qualifications, along with an attractive benefits package.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Towing experience preferred
- Ability to use yard tractor and/or forklift
- Ability to drive an RV
- Experience using generators and operating slide-outs
- Ability to repair small items and identify problem units
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
- Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
- Exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment
- Environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness
