Responsibilities include driving vehicles to and from the auction property, parking and staging vehicles in the correct order, and assisting with any issues such as vehicles needing service or fuel. The Vehicle Operator will work closely with the auction team to ensure cars are in the right locations and ready for presentation in auction lanes. This role requires adherence to company safety policies and a proactive approach to vehicle management. Given the dynamic nature of auction events, the position demands reliability, attentiveness, and excellent coordination skills. This job is offered on a 1099 contract basis, with part-time status available and a competitive pay rate of $14.00 per hour. The work schedule spans Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Vehicle Operator position is based at 4425 W Washington Center Rd in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Ideal candidates are those who possess a valid driver's license, have a clean driving record, and are comfortable using electronic handheld devices, including smartphones. The job also requires the physical ability to repeatedly enter and exit vehicles, supporting a hands-on and active role throughout auction days. Successful candidates must pass a background check and drug test prior to employment.
