Bloomingdale's is currently seeking an experienced and career-driven professional to join their Restaurant team as a Restaurant Manager. This position involves overseeing all aspects of restaurant management, including scheduling, attendance policy compliance, procurement of food and supplies, catering operations, financial management, menu development, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of full-service restaurant management experience and demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability to fast-changing priorities, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. The Restaurant Manager will lead and motivate a team of front- and back-of-the-house food service associates, ensuring staffing decisions support service excellence and operational efficiency. This role involves frequent customer interaction to uphold Bloomingdale's high standards for service and product quality.
