The role of Server within our restaurant is multifaceted and central to delivering an excellent customer experience. The successful candidate will greet customers warmly upon arrival, guide them through menu options, and ensure their dining needs are met with attentiveness and efficiency. In addition to exemplary service, servers are expected to have a solid knowledge of food preparation and menu offerings to facilitate upselling key items effectively. Duties include grilling prime quality meats to customer specifications, accurately entering food and beverage orders using the POS system, and coordinating with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes and drinks. Maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the dining and service areas is vital, along with the preparation and restocking of condiments, utensils, and beverage stations. This position demands excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and a friendly disposition to create an inviting environment. Servers are also responsible for handling payments, assisting in setup and closing procedures, sanitizing furniture and equipment, and managing flow during busy service periods. • High school or GED diploma
• Prior experience working as a server in a fast-paced restaurant setting
