In this role, you will be responsible for preparing the bar before opening by setting up pour stations and glassware, restocking beverages and garnishes as needed, and greeting customers with a warm welcome and smile. Your duties will include accurately taking orders and entering them into the POS system, crafting drinks to standard recipes with appropriate garnishes, and making sales suggestions to enhance the guest experience. You will also monitor guest satisfaction, offer refills proactively, clear unused items promptly, and process payments efficiently while thanking customers and inviting them to return. A key aspect of this role involves strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards to maintain the health and safety of guests and staff. Physical requirements of the position include the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds, as well as the capacity to stand for eight to twelve-hour shifts.
