The position of Guest Service Support Expert at The Ritz-Carlton Charlotte is a full-time, non-management role focused on supporting the food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and seamless service delivery. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards set by The Ritz-Carlton, as it involves assisting in various tasks such as setting tables, aiding kitchen operations, cleaning and replenishing work areas, and providing overall support that enhances the guest experience. The Guest Service Support Expert is an essential team member who contributes to creating transactions that feel like part of the overall dining experience rather than just isolated interactions. This position requires individuals to be on their feet for extended periods, moving throughout the premises, and handling physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and placing objects up to 50 pounds with assistance.

The job demands flexibility with open and weekend availability, emphasizing the importance of being proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented when supporting food and beverage service operations.
