As a Line/Prep Cook on our team, your focus will be on preparing food items according to the customers' specifications and needs, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality. You will also be responsible for daily prep work, working with specialized equipment such as fry stations and flat tops, and maintaining cleanliness standards by assisting with kitchen cleaning tasks including filtering oil at the end of each day. Successful candidates will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong multitasking ability, and the capacity to prioritize workload to meet the demands of a busy restaurant environment.
