We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time hourly line cooks, wok cooks, chefs de partie, or station chefs at P.F. Chang's. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our kitchens, as it involves preparing food according to established recipes and procedures while strictly following safety and sanitation guidelines. Our pay range for this position is $17.00 to $21.00 per hour, dependent on experience. As a Line Cook or Chef De Partie at P.F. Chang's, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking all food items to company specifications, plating prepared foods based on the chef's guidance, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. You will be involved in the setup, operation, breakdown, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment. Additionally, you may assist with other tasks such as washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, sanitizing utensils, and ensuring all operations comply with the high standards for kitchen sanitation and food safety upheld by P.F.
