We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Line Cook to join our Pali Wine Co. Outpost in Anaheim. This role is designed for a culinary professional eager to advance their skills and contribute to the growth and expansion of our food program. As a Line Cook at Pali Wine Co., you will collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure the seamless execution of culinary services that meet our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of culinary activities including preparing and plating dishes with consistency and attention to detail, managing inventory and supplies, and helping develop new menu items paired thoughtfully with our acclaimed wines. Creativity and the ability to innovate in recipe development are highly valued, alongside a commitment to maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. The position demands strong teamwork and communication skills, as you will work alongside the General Manager to train staff and suggest wine pairings that elevate the dining experience. You will also play a key role in sustainability efforts by managing kitchen waste and upholding environmentally responsible practices. This full-time role requires adaptability to flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and some evenings. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for culinary arts, food and wine knowledge, and a willingness to grow professionally within a performance-driven and supportive team environment at Pali Wine Co.
