We are currently seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced cook who is proficient in a variety of cooking methods, including poaching, braising, roasting, charbroiling, sautéing, grilling, frying, and baking. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing each order accurately and consistently, adhering to our standard recipes to ensure complete guest satisfaction. Our ideal candidate exhibits exceptional time management skills and embraces a team-first attitude, working collaboratively with fellow kitchen personnel to maintain a smooth and efficient operation. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with the full-time schedule focused on brunch service Wednesday through Sunday starting around 8 a.m. Flexibility is required to accommodate catering and additional preparation tasks midweek. Part-time or on-call roles may transition into full-time based on performance and business needs. The line cook is expected to uphold the highest standards of food quality, kitchen cleanliness, and safety, contributing to an environment that promotes both exceptional service and workplace safety. - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
- Have at least 3 years of cooking experience
- Be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic
- Ability to operate necessary kitchen equipment
- Must meet all safety and sanitation requirements of kitchen equipment and food storage
- Must have or be able to obtain CA Foodhandlers Card within 30 days of hire
- Must be eligible to work in the USA
