The Tennessee National Golf Club is currently seeking Line Cooks to join its Food and Beverage (F&B) team. These roles are critical to maintaining the high culinary standards of the club’s dining experiences. Line Cooks will work under the direction of the Executive Chef and General Manager, preparing and cooking food items to recipe specifications to ensure menu consistency and excellent presentation. The positions available include part-time and full-time employment, with a pay range of $17 to $21 per hour based on experience and availability. The Line Cook position involves preparing food orders promptly and accurately according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines, ensuring both quality and portion control are consistently met. Responsibilities include inspecting deliveries for quality and proper storage, maintaining cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas, completing opening and closing checklists, and protecting the Club’s assets by adhering to internal guidelines and standards. The role requires strong teamwork abilities and effective communication skills to contribute positively to the kitchen’s workflow and overall service quality.
