                - 1+ years of experience in a kitchen or prep role preferred
 - ability to follow recipes, prep lists, and station diagrams with consistency
 - comfortable using standard kitchen equipment and tools including knives, ovens, fryers, and grills
 - strong multitasking and time management skills
 - comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
 - dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
 - food handler's certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 30 days
