The role of Line Cook at Erewhon Market is a vital position within the Culinary operations, functioning as the heart and backbone of the kitchen team. This role requires a strong understanding of food safety, quality control, inventory management, and food preparation techniques. The line cook will also perform opening and closing duties, maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area and equipment, and assist with receiving and storing food orders.
