We are currently seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our talented kitchen team. This position focuses on preparing simple yet crucial components of each menu item, such as chopping vegetables, cutting meat, making sauces, and managing the prep stations efficiently. The Line Cook will be assigned to a specific station within the kitchen line, such as the grill or vegetable prep area, and will be responsible for maintaining both prep and storage spaces that meet strict health and sanitation guidelines. As a crucial member of the culinary team, the Line Cook reports directly to the executive chef and collaborates closely with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely meal preparation.
