We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Hotel Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Hotel Line Cook at Concord Hospitality Enterprises, your primary responsibility will be to prepare food of consistent quality by following brand recipe cards meticulously, ensuring presentation and safety standards are met or exceeded. You will be instrumental in tempting the palettes of our guests by paying close attention to detail, perfectly cooking orders according to guest requests and special needs, and maintaining proper food documentation. Adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures is mandatory to ensure an exceptional guest experience and operational excellence. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive and organized, particularly in ordering and managing food pars, preparation processes, and equipment upkeep. Your efforts will help eliminate service obstacles and contribute to a smooth and efficient kitchen operation. We expect all line cooks to report to work on time, in full clean uniform, ready to serve, reflecting the professional standards of Concord Hospitality Enterprises. Compensation for this role is competitive, starting at $17 per hour.
