Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of the kitchen according to standards set by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef. As a Line Cook, you will play a pivotal role in the preparation of various meals by using recipes provided by the kitchen's culinary leadership. Key responsibilities involve preparing ingredients, including washing, peeling, cutting fruits and vegetables, and marinating meats to ensure quality and consistency. Additionally, you will assist in preparing complementary dishes such as soups, salads, and sauces while maintaining organized and sanitary kitchen stations. Attention to detail is critical, as you'll be expected to plate and garnish meals precisely according to the chefs’ direction, ensuring a superior dining experience for guests.
