The Restaurant Manager role at Runza is a dynamic and rewarding leadership position responsible for managing all aspects of daily restaurant operations. As a pivotal figure within the team, the Manager leads by example to drive strong sales performance, optimize profits, maintain exceptional customer service standards and ensure operational excellence. Managers also oversee inventory control and ordering processes, ensuring the restaurant is well-stocked and waste is minimized. Runza offers competitive compensation starting at $58,000 per year with additional monthly bonuses averaging $875, along with the unique opportunity for investment and ownership where up to 70% of General Managers own part of their restaurant locations.
