Working closely with store management and other Event Specialists, the Associate acts as a key point of contact for event coordination, especially in the absence of a supervisor. The Associate role is designed for part-time engagement, typically not exceeding 25 hours per week, although there is flexibility based on business or client needs. Pay for this role is competitive, set at $16.50 per hour, reflecting the responsibilities and expertise required. The position demands adherence to safety and hygiene standards, including the preparation and serving of food samples in compliance with food safety guidelines. Associates must be comfortable using various small kitchen appliances and maintaining a sterile and safe workstation.
