The Lead Cook is responsible for preparing fish, meats, and other food items according to established recipes and company standards while ensuring consistent quality and presentation. This role also includes plating menu items following portion and presentation standards, overseeing setup and breakdown of kitchen stations, and ensuring all areas are properly stocked, labeled, and rotated. In addition to food preparation and team leadership, the Lead Cook monitors compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards to maintain a safe and efficient kitchen environment. The role may also involve assisting with menu development, contributing creative ideas that align with the hotel's brand and guest expectations. This position offers a starting pay of $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, with a $500 bonus awarded after the first 90 days of employment. The Lead Cook will work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the dynamic needs of the hospitality industry. • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and holidays
