In addition to providing personalized guest services, the Concierge is entrusted with critical security and administrative tasks. These include documenting and securely tracking mail, deliveries, and vendor services, answering telephones, monitoring the lobby area for safety, and maintaining control over keys and access cards. The position calls for a candidate who is not only courteous and approachable but also attentive to detail and capable of multitasking effectively.
