The Lead Concierge role is an essential leadership position within the Lodging Leadership Team at Sundance Mountain Resort. This role demands a proactive, highly organized, and guest-centric individual who will lead the Concierge team in delivering exceptional service from pre-arrival through post-departure. The Lead Concierge is responsible for creating meaningful connections with guests by coordinating personalized pre-arrival communications, curating bespoke itineraries, and facilitating access to resort activities, dining, and amenities. This position requires effective collaboration with department leaders to ensure smooth operations and outstanding guest experiences, especially during high occupancy periods. Key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, overseeing guest amenity programs, coordinating guest services like transportation and dining reservations, and contributing to the development of loyalty programs. Beyond operational management, the Lead Concierge acts as a brand ambassador by sharing the Sundance story and commitment to land preservation, while innovating unique guest experiences on-property. This leadership role requires availability for shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with variable days including weekends and holidays. The role offers opportunities to engage with diverse guests, develop leadership skills, and contribute to the resort's mission of delivering memorable mountain experiences with impeccable service and environmental respect.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 6 months to 1 year of related experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research
  • experience with Stay N Touch, Fare harbor, Tock, and 2-way radios
  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
  • availability to work weekends and holidays
  • ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and use hands for extended periods
  • strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
